Who We Are

Knights of Columbus Council 5192 is a dedicated group of Catholic men proudly serving St. Joseph Catholic Church in Devine, Texas. Rooted in the values of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism, our council strives to live out our faith through service to our parish, our community, and the greater Church.

Our Mission

Our primary mission is to support St. Joseph Catholic Church—spiritually, physically, and financially. Whether it’s assisting with parish events, helping with maintenance needs, or supporting parish ministries, our members are active in the life of the Church.

But our mission doesn’t stop there. We extend our efforts to support Catholic churches throughout the surrounding area, uniting with fellow councils and organizations in shared acts of service and faith. We believe that by strengthening our local Church, we contribute to the strength of the Church as a whole.

Community Outreach

Council 5192 is deeply committed to serving our local community. Over the years, we’ve proudly contributed to many outreach initiatives, including:

  • Supporting the Devine Independent School District

  • Providing assistance and resources to Faith Formation programs

  • Contributing to the local food bank

  • Sponsoring seminarians on their journey to the priesthood

  • Organizing fundraisers and drives to help families in need

  • Hosting seasonal parish and community events

We believe that acts of service, large or small, have a lasting impact on the people around us. Our members actively seek out ways to uplift and support those in need, guided by our Catholic values.
